He did his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and he is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. In addition, Dr. Hoggard is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology in hemodialysis vascular access procedures.
